SpanMan is an online timber and steel framing manual. Using the principals of structural engineering and referencing Australian Building Codes, SpanMan designs structural building members. This is a revolutionary product and the first of its kind in Australia.

Cadbury Australia
Cadbury required an easy to use content management system and a website with complete W3C HTML and usuability compliance. For the uninitiaited, that means the site had to be usable by people with voice activated keyboards and screen readers. We sped up the chocolate ordering process by using AJAX technology (its a new langauge, not the washing powder!) to the website.

We were asked to add content management to the Victorian government’s existing GreenPower website. Our content management system handled the job perfectly. We added content management to every page, populated over 70 pages and gave the client a flexible system that would let them add as many pages as they liked in the future.

AASB
We took the presentation of Australian Accounting Standards to a new level. In an unprecedented world first, we devised a system to clearly display standards and their historical relations to each other. The AASB board was delighted with the results and the seamless content management system we provided to keep things up to date. It was our most complex and rewarding project for 2008.

IHub
We built the content management system (CMS) that controls Melbourne CBD's 16 iHubs. These digital kiosks supply touch screen information on Melbourne's restaurants, attractions, events, public transport, box office, shopping and nightlife. The CMS comes with a heavily customised advertising system and communicates to a Flash based front end to give the user a highly interactive experience.

Thomas Music is a classical music specialist. We integrated their in-store point of sales system MusiPos with our content management system so the prices and stock of 40,000 items could be kept up to date easily. Then we added a Google like search system so you could easily find the CD you were looking for.

UPP Selector
UPP Selector is Australian Paper’s portal to a voluminous collection of paper products. This site details the specifications and usage of all products in their stock. The content management system produces quarterly and yearly reports of what products have changed. And to help users we created a PDF combiner that adds specifications to a shopping cart system.

Arnold Webbing
It took the website editor at Arnold Webbing three days to realise he couldn't use a competitor's content management system to create a coupled content editor for his products. A coupled content editor allows you to associate many items of content with one thing. In this case, the webbing sold by Arnold Webbing has images, sizes and industry types and this is all reflected in the content management system and the menu. When we delivered the content management system he had every product online within a day.

Hazel Dooney
She's one of our oldest clients, but you wouldn't know it from looking at her website. Since its inception, the famous Australian artist Hazel Dooney has been modifying her website with a customised content management system that allows her to change the text, pictures and exhibitions throughout the site. The website uses our unique technology, coupled content management that allows seemingly complex interrelated content to be added intuitively by our clients.

TD Depreicator
TD Surveying supplies depreciation reports for rental properties in Melbourne. After visiting each home, they were creating reports using a very clunky Excel spreadsheet that took 3-4 hours and was impossible to check. Our goal was to reproduce this system using a systematic display of data that was superior to current competitor's software. The result? It now takes TD Surveying half an hour to create reports. White Hot Productions came to us with a tiny budget. They wanted to add full content management to their funky flash based website easily. We took a look at the Flash code, stripped it back and slotted in our content management system. The result is just what they were looking for - the ability to add content to any page.

This is a replica of Cadbury Australia's website with a handy addition. We added a nutrition module to keep a close check on all those goodies inside Cadbury's yummy range. The nutrition database automatically stays in-sync with the head office computer system at Dunedin.

Transfusion Medicine
The old transfusion website got a CMS bypass as well as a redesigned question and answer system. Questions are routed to a site administrator who allocates them to an answerer and then finally they are approved and posted live on the website. The whole process is managed seamlessly through our Content Management System.
